standard shipping on orders with a cart value of $79 or more, applicable
worldwide, excluding taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Standard Shipping: For orders
under $79, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged for
domestic orders within the United States. International shipping rates
vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Global Shipping

Worldwide Delivery: We are
thrilled to offer international shipping to most countries around the
globe. Shipping rates and available services vary based on the
destination country.

Customs and Duties: Please note
that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties,
taxes, and other charges imposed by your country’s customs department.
These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the
responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:
Duration: Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the
delivery date.
Condition: For items to be eligible for a return or exchange, they must:
◦ Be in their original, unwound condition.
◦ Show no signs of damage or wear.
◦ Not be washed.
◦ Include all original labels.
◦ Be returned in their original packaging.

Prior Communication: Before initiating a return or exchange, kindly
contact us to obtain the appropriate form.

Procedure for Return & Exchange:

Step 1: Request the Form

to request an exchange/return form.

Step 2: Packing & Shipping
• Once you receive the form, follow the outlined instructions to properly pack
and send back the return package.

Step 3: Processing
• Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item(s),
we will process your  refund. If you paid
using a credit card, please note that it might take between 1 to 2 weeks for
the bank to process and reflect the refund.
• Exchanges: After receipt and verification of the return package, the
replacement item(s) will be shipped out to you.

Order Cancellation:
We pride ourselves on our swift shipping procedures. Most orders are dispatched
within 24-48 hours, with many being sent out even sooner. Consequently, once an
order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or process a refund. We
