RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Guidelines:
Duration: Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date.
Condition: For items to be eligible for a return or exchange, they must:
◦ Be in their original, unwound condition.
◦ Show no signs of damage or wear.
◦ Not be washed.
◦ Include all original labels.
◦ Be returned in their original packaging.
Prior Communication: Before initiating a return or exchange, kindly contact us to obtain the appropriate form.

Procedure for Return & Exchange:
Step 1: Request the Form
• Reach out to our customer support team at support@englishmountainoutdoors.com to request an exchange/return form.
Step 2: Packing & Shipping
• Once you receive the form, follow the outlined instructions to properly pack and send back the return package.
Step 3: Processing
• Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item(s), we will process your  refund. If you paid using a credit card, please note that it might take between 1 to 2 weeks for the bank to process and reflect the refund.
• Exchanges: After receipt and verification of the return package, the replacement item(s) will be shipped out to you.

Order Cancellation:
We pride ourselves on our swift shipping procedures. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, with many being sent out even sooner. Consequently, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or process a refund. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
