under $79, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged for
domestic orders within the United States. International shipping rates
vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:
Duration: Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the
delivery date.
Condition: For items to be eligible for a return or exchange, they must:
◦ Be in their original, unwound condition.
◦ Show no signs of damage or wear.
◦ Not be washed.
◦ Include all original labels.
◦ Be returned in their original packaging.

Procedure for Return & Exchange:

Step 2: Packing & Shipping
• Once you receive the form, follow the outlined instructions to properly pack
and send back the return package.

• Refunds: Upon receiving and verifying the condition of the returned item(s),
we will process your refund. If you paid
using a credit card, please note that it might take between 1 to 2 weeks for
the bank to process and reflect the refund.
• Exchanges: After receipt and verification of the return package, the
replacement item(s) will be shipped out to you.
